Growing Basketball & Opportunity in Ghana

Since 2008, DC Dynamics has been revolutionizing the basketball scene in Dansoman and beyond. What began as a pay-to-play basketball program has grown into a dynamic organization dedicated to developing both skills and character among young people.

When older players struggled to pay dues, DC Dynamics launched a groundbreaking coaches training program. This empowered players and opened the door to school leagues, community leagues, and recreational corporate leagues across the region.

Between 2022 and 2023, DC Dynamics trained over 30 young coaches, employed four part-time coaches and 17 referees (including six women), and engaged roughly 700 young people across various age groups — creating opportunities for Ghanaian youth and contributing to the socio-economic growth of the nation.

Jollof Sculpt is a Dream Sports Africa wellbeing program in Ghana. It extends our mission beyond basketball, bringing movement and wellbeing to young people so we can support the whole person — body and mind.
